Understanding it in points will be easy so here it is:

1)They aren’t born talented-We think that smart people like Einstein was born with high iq well Einstein was born with high iq but he never said that it helped him in his career, he said whenever I try to solve something I get engaged, no matter how confusing and irritating the topic is.

2)helpers-Now this is optional but I kept it in compulsory because it helps in understanding the concepts better and makes us less confused which make us engaged even more into the topic.The five helpers I can list are:

a)chew gum b)nap break c)5 mins walk break 4)1 mins eyes close break 5)meditation

3)think positive-Think it as it’s gonna be fun and quick and even if you get stuck think here’s a challenge I can crush.
