How to escape rat race

What is rat race?

So today I was walking around, stretching and I saw that in a bus three office people were scrolling reels, at first, I just thought, “I wish I could help them” and ignored.After that I saw them coming as well.

It was not the first time I saw them but the first time that i realized.These guys were in a loop.

Wake up, work for their boss, go home, scroll, get a but of money which is instantly spend on maintaining house rent, insurance, groceries and enjoyment.

How does it starts?

It starts from school, the time when we learn.We see our friends scroll or get an expensive thing and they show off.

We also want to be cool and we ask our parents, and we scroll our phone as well.We slowly forget the value of money and get in the prison who’s warden is none other than our own phone.Slowly when we get a job, we start spending all the money on either expensive things or unnecessary enjoyments.

How to stop it?

To stop rat race we need to stop scrolling.Think scrolling as your biggest hatter trying to manipulate you into believing that he is your biggest supporter.Yet he is your biggest enemy.

Escaping rat race doesn’t mean having a lot of money but to have freedom and peace.A wise man once told, “Rich person have lot of money but a wealthy person have a lot of freedom and peace”
