Here we know the effects of junk food but how to avoid it? here plays my own technique which I call no eat jk.

In here what you do is get a black glass and a mask and whenever you see a junk food stall it doesn’t appears

That good but if it still attracts you,Imagine you are eating it and think it’s bad negative thoughts are also useful

sometimes.

Procrastination

(How to overcome procrastination)

This will be beneficial if you learn to overcome procrastination,It usually happens if you think it gonna be boring,

Then it will be boring but think it as interesting and even if you get bored say your mind wait 10mins for that

tasty dopamine

Staying up late tonight

(How to sleep at 10:00 am)

Sleeping 8 hours helps in focus and gives us energy,We usually stay late at night for bad reasons like watching

reels and shorts.If it’s a necessary thing then it’s okay to stay night because it will be occasionally.

To avoid it make yourself tired in the afternoon by playing with your friends, writing essays and things which are

Tiring.

Excessive screen time

(How to decrease screen time without efforts)

To overcome this habit we need to suffer a bit but will be worth it.Ask your guardian or parents to keep your

phone in another room.It will feel painful but will be worth it.

Inactivity/laziness

Laziness is common and to avoid we need to:

1)Use the excessive screen time technique 2)Meditate one time a day

3)walk around every hour for 5 mins (sounds heavy but if done slowly,Then very beneficial)
