Why can’t you just stop scrolling reels and shorts?Is it because they give you dopamine well study gives it as well.

But why can’t you focus in it,It’s boring right?Well if they’re boring then how is the hard working student not feeling lazy

Well because they are not addicted like you.They are passionate about their goals have a social life where as we talk about you then the only thing you do is scroll and make the other stuff boring.

Study gives us problem solving mind, patience and many more advantages but what does reels gives?A two second dopamine hit.Thats it

You might say school don’t teach is about entrepreneurship.Well books do, and school encourages you to study books so in a way it’s helping you.

The reason you can’t take actions are because Jase youre lazy and it’s okay but doing things in time is necessary for a good mindset and future.

If you’re weak you can’t if you’re strong you can.Well in this era we can get anything by just touching our phones and people have become crazy lazy and it’s not good at all.If you’re strong you feel bored say freak it no I will study no matter what and if you can’t like youre just can’t control it do the 10 seconds inhale exercise.

Inhale-4 sec hold-3 sec and exhale 3 sec

do this 5 times and you’ll not get the urge.Also learning skills or languages in free time could earn you some cash.The recommended skills are copywriting, data analysis and prompt engineering where as the recommended languages are Spanish, Japanese and Hindi.
