What happened today?

Hi! Today’s day of mine wasn’t the best but I will not day bad like a average day so basically my exams are coming near and I am preparing for it I usually get 3.15 or 3.20 in my exams which I think is good(for me it’s good)I have my time table and stuff I don’t want to be the perfect of the room.
In such times procrastinating is the most annoying thing ever after you realize when you procrastinate for doing something important thats ok but for scrolling reels that feels good at first but much worse after the thing you procrastinated and didn’t do.Me personally I procrastinate a lot like in a freaking amount I can’t tell you how much i procrastinate and you probably reading do it too but remember sometimes procrastinating is ok but always or mostly no if you want procrastinate something just stand up stretch up a bit and the thing you wanted to procrastinated looks ok rather than boring use a mobile flash light to make it more brighter (not extreme but a little high) this idea got me when I was writing my science homework it was dark I was hearing to white sound and writing my homework and suddenly mom turn on the rooms light and I felt like ok it feels good alive also having a fresh nature like plants around you could make you feel good.
have you seen the reel where people say bottle is 0.5 dollar here 2 dollar there and 6 dollar here.I think this applies to all of us not our value but our mind the more organized organic place it is the better we feel like for example lets take a busy talkative place you couldn’t focus so it’s the 0.5 dollar.Lets go to a library feels quieter but feels awkward silence and weirdness thats the 2 dollar.When we go to a fresh place with your mom alone you feel like so good I could never be bored of this feeling this is the 6 dollar place reference.
Also if you feel link I just don’t want to study or work just stretch in your bed especially leg stretch it a lot then stand up slowly stretch harder and walk a bit it worked for me so hopefully it works for you too.Also if you have nearby friends or a brother you could play 20 mins after a long study session (2 hours) or rest or if you’re alone don’t have siblings I am sorry for that first of all and second you could study my trick 40 mins study 10 mins rest 5 mins of walk 5 mins of inhale exhale it worked for me I promise you.and after this repeat repeat and repeat
